The same session, every month, month to month, 30 days notice.
Because it's ongoing, you also get a running tracker: a suggested posting order and dates, and a one-line nudge on the day something's due, so finished videos don't just sit there.

This is for you if: you want visibility built on your own voice, not something written or produced for you. You're a solopreneur or founder, whether or not someone else already runs your company page. You're willing to sit through one unscripted 40-minute conversation with no questions sent in advance, and comfortable with the answers going out close to word for word.
This isn't for you if: you want content written or generated for you rather than pulled from what you actually said. You don't want to be personally visible or quoted. You're expecting fast growth or guaranteed reach. You can't give 40 minutes a month, unscripted, with no advance notice.
Why does the retainer cost more than the pilot for what looks like the same session?
The pilot is a one-time trial, available once. If you want this to continue, the retainer is the only way, that's what you're actually paying for beyond the first session, plus the ongoing tracker that comes with it.
Do you use AI to write anything?
No. AI helps behind the scenes with editing. It never writes your words.
Do I have to post the videos myself?
Yes, on your own time. You get the finished files, the blurbs, and your raw answers to reuse however you like.
What if my session only produces 8 videos, not 12?
That's normal, not a shortfall. 8 is guaranteed, 12 is a bonus when the conversation runs long.
